At Noir Moth, we strive to ensure that every piece of artwork arrives in perfect condition and meets your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@noirmoth.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging and shipping label
After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Clearance or final-sale items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Noir Moth cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
