Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • India: 4–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Noir Moth is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and supporting photos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary based on destination country.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Noir Moth is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered once the shipping carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Noir Moth cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.
